Workplace loneliness could be a real problem. Before making the decision, I suggest you to ask yourself these few questions:
- What makes you so sure that no one is going to talk to you? Are you 100% sure about that based on your past observation?
- When you said no one is willing to talk to you, does it mean no heart-to-heart talk? or they will not even greet you/have a casual talk with you? I think the later condition is something that could be the reason to reject the offer, if loneliness at workplace will make you miserable. But in reality it's quite normal if you couldn't find someone to have deep talk.
- Do you have any back up plan if you decide to reject the offer? Is the salary quite luring, as it may significantly improve your living condition? These are some reality factors which you need to take into consideration.
- Lastly, is it possible to make things better if you make an effort to speak to them?

I worked as PA before.
My colleagues are willing to talk to me
Just remember that... What you heard from your colleagues, just shut up your mouth.
What you heard from your boss, just shut up your mouth.
Just act like you are not a spy
