Is HR will tend to choose a fresh graduate from a private college?
Because I see fresh graduates from private colleges have more potential to get a job compare to those studies at a local university.
Depends on what industry you are in actually, more private college students studying courses that are more seen by public so it appear that way.

I'm from private university but I'm still unemployed. So I don't think private university students have higher potential to get a job.

Before you ask this question, I think it’s better to look into yourself. Is it really your college matters? It doesn’t matter to which college you graduated. Maybe your attitude, resume or job application is not good enough to let the interviewers choose you 🙂 good luck!
