当客服被骂到做不下去

我毕业后因为科系比较冷门,不容易找工,就找了一份客服的工作来做,因为想着薪水也ok。但是很快我就发现自己好像做错决定了,不知道是全世界的顾客都这样,还是这里的顾客特别粗鲁,总之每天都会被骂到狗血淋头,还不能挂电话,有时骂到超过半个小时,我只能等休息时间才去厕所哭。心情大受影响,我的性格可能真的不适合这份工作,但是不做客服不知道还能做什么,我该怎么办?
