拿MC会影响KPI吗?

之前因为中covid拿了MC(因为有工作要做还是坚持在家上班 只是中间有两天真的发烧到没办法工作才拿MC) 上司在major review attendance那一个section扣我的分数影响到我的bonus和increment 上司的说法是因为我拿MC所以扣分 我就奇怪了attendance不是看员工有没有时常上班迟到 或者时常请假拿MC?而且我也没影响工作啊 我是不是应该找HR appeal呢?

Attendance is not solely based on physical presence in the workplace. MC is a legitimate reason for absence and should not be used against an employee's performance evaluation. It is important to review your company's policy on attendance and sick leave to ensure that your supervisor's actions are in compliance. If the deduction is unwarranted, you should approach HR to appeal the decision.
