swap career path

想从Account Payable 换business analytic工 degree business毕业。本人现在在一间mnc /share service做着account payable 工. 薪水是还ok 比起在market 的这个行业. （大约有4.5k 一个月 做工接近两年经验）可是自己本身很清楚的知道这份工很容易被新人/AI 取代 -key in invoice，做payment ，reconciliation等等… 所以我现在拿着master business analytic 其中有学basic 的python power bi 等等的. 如果master 毕业后（或者毕业前）想换工 能不能够要求比现在薪水高呢？还是只能match 回现在的薪水…
