Uncertainties about job searching with incomplete tertiary education
To all recruiting managers & employers,
Due to personal and family issues, I'm having difficulties finishing my studies abroad (final year). I was thinking what are the chances to land a job with incomplete tertiary education and what are the chances of getting hired? As most of the jobs require at least a bachelor's degree.
Does not having a bachelor's degree certificate affect the overall performance and chances to land a job? Or does performance and attitude matter more?
I plan to first take a gap year from studying and work on my finances and experiences, then finish my degree. But I'm not sure if that is a wise decision
