This is really stressing me right now. Not sure how long can I tahan him. The thing is, my boss usually gives me the tasks at the end of the week or Friday. And he expects me to finish it by Monday morning.

Today, I told him I cannot finish the task, you know what he said? Yes, that the thing, he said I should work on weekend if i know i cannot finished it on Friday.

What’s the right thing/way to do this? Is this normal in working culture in Malaysia?
