How to handle problematic newbie?
One newbie in my office always ask questions, some questions really common sense, I tak boleh tahan dah!
It’s normal for newcomers to ask questions as they are lack of experience. But if you think some questions are unnecessary, maybe you can tell him/her to search online before asking.
