同事特地选最忙的时候请假

我们部门每个月头都会特别忙,人手也不够,加上主管才4个人。下个月头主管要到国外出差,人更少了,然后其中一位同事竟然说她也要回东马几天。主管不是很高兴,有叫她以后尽量不要选这个时候请假,但还是批了。但这已经不是第一次了,前面已经有2次,这位同事偏偏在最忙的时候请假,剩下我们做到晚上11、12点才能回家,下个月头更惨只剩2个人。可不可以提醒主管以后不要再批她的假?不然这对我们也太不公平了,虽然拿AL是她的权力,但是这样选时间也太自私了吧?
