得罪了主管的工作还能留着吗?还是要熬到他走为止?

我的ex主管离职后

过了很久都还没请到合适的人来代替他

老板就调了一个其他部门的老鸟过来暂时看着我们

他应该是第一次当主管 恨不得马上show权威

第一个先拿我来开刀 一直盯着我

教训我为什么天天踩点上班 然后又准时下班

还讲我这么做很难看 会留下没有纪律的印象

一开始我心想ok他年纪比较大 我不爽但是忍一下

但是最近一次真的忍不住了

他问我:你昨天又准时下班?这样真的好吗?

我直接怼他:我东西做完了不能回吗?老板有说过我不可以准时下班吗?你比老板还大吗?你留到7、8点真的有在做事情吗?还是效率不够好?

他应该没想到我会大爆发 而且当时候有人刚好经过

当下马上被我怼到闭嘴 脸色很难看就对了

虽然现在他装作好像没有事情发生过一样

但是我知道我已经得罪他了 而且整个气氛超级尴尬

请问这份工作还有必要留着吗?还是我要熬到他被调走的那天?

他没再骚扰你就算了。你做你的,他做他的。他也不敢惹你了。
