公司不给Bonus就开除?

公司不想给我Bonus所以提前开除我? 这样合理吗? 今天早上收到hr的whatsapp讲要terminate我,讲会赔偿我薪水,我是蛮开心的啦毕竟我也没有很喜欢这个工作,但是之前讲好会派的两个月Bonus也没有给我了,因为Bonus release的时候我已经离开了 我想讲的是bonus不是为了感谢大家在2023年的付出的吗?为什么现在我离开公司了又拿不到,你们觉得公司这样的决定是对的吗?为了省钱这样做真的是让人一言难尽.....
