院长对待员工的行为对吗?

朋友的女儿在一间补习中心工作了四年, 包山包海不说, 还得一直忍受院长的精神虐待. 有时忙得已经晚回了, 还得做她的跑腿买东西. 有次不小心说了一句受不了的话, 就被骂得狗血淋头, 还被扔椅子...重点是薪水只有 RM1500. 请问院长这样的行为对吗?
