Freelance做了一个月却没拿到payment，怎么办？
做freelance 在10月2023完成了一个assignment，到现在还没拿到payment。一直都有在主动跟project manager follow up但是都是得到还没有update的回应。我该怎么办？
那笔钱那么难给吗？
