为什么总是不愿意教呢……

自从毕业出来,做了三份书记了,第一份是劳力工每天要扛货,第二份朋友介绍进去的 每天只是进stock去system而已 问工作上不明白的东西就让我自己去想。第三份刚进工五天,老板说都会有人教的不用怕,进去第五天就告诉我要更新外劳的permit,passport要renew mtib的执照,要到期了,由于我没有这方面的经验我就问上司他们,他们却说额…我不会诶 不是我的工作,上一个做你这个位置的已经没有做了……(上一个已经没有做的是今年二月辞职的,我七月进去的)然后公司没有system, production员工都是直接没来再补假条,老板让我快快打假条让拿upl的员工自己找老板签名,可是production的员工没有一个愿意等我打假条,这半年因为没有人在这个职位,他们已经习惯在假条签名了后直接走了。我应该要怎样让他们才会有持续呢?我应该要怎样自己去renew护照,permit和renew mtib的执照呢?
