I'm Admin Executive, job scope is general services, with the salary around 3k, have been working for 5years plus in this company. The management team want me help to order food for the 30-50 employees, ask me to claim advance money from company, then after pay to food vendor then need submit claims report to company. All this is using my personal bank account for this transaction. I don't like my personal bank account involved so much in this in and out transaction, but my manager not allow me to say no on this job task. Every time got any event, the company is take advantage on me to perform this payment through my personal bank account. Reason using is the vendor is not registered in company account system, due to time period is urgent, then I need to perform this payment again by using my personal bank account. Company every year doing yearly performance, the review is directly from the line manager, so I always need to accept this kind of job task from line manager, if not the yearly performance will be bad since the manager has bad mind on me. Is this job task same with other people in this department? How to complain to any government agency?
