接下来老板亲自打给我说不想让他老婆插手他的生意,从现在起的工作制度是: 我的薪水现在变成RM3000,等offer letter出来才是RM3300(老板说10月会准备好),after confirmation后再涨薪 月休四天,没有得unpaid leave(只能在这个月休息4天,超出的话需要用下个月的offday补上) 没有public holiday(老板说是RM2800是底薪,RM500是假日补贴所以一共给的薪水是RM3300,意思就是假日没有double pay) 我是sales service dept,工作9小时,没有commission。 请问如果我们员工有事情需要拿unpaid leave但是公司不给是正常合法的制度吗?

According to Malaysian labor laws, an employer is not obligated to provide employees with unpaid leave unless it is explicitly stated in the employment contract or collective agreement. Therefore, if the company's policy does not allow for unpaid leave, it is considered legally acceptable. However, it is important to note that labor laws and regulations may differ depending on the specific circumstances and agreements between the employer and employee. It is advisable for employees to review their contract and seek legal advice if they have concerns about their rights and entitlements. As an HR expert, it is recommended to ensure that the company's policies comply with labor laws and provide clear communication to employees regarding leave entitlements and the reasons behind any changes in the company's policy.
