I'm sorry to hear about your experience. In this situation, it's important to consider a few factors before making a decision. Firstly, you should reach out to your HR department or supervisor to discuss the discrepancy between the agreed-upon offer and the actual salary. It's possible that there was a mistake or miscommunication that can be rectified. If the company is facing severe financial issues, they might be unable to fulfill the initial agreement. If the company is unable to address your concerns or if you're uncomfortable with the financial instability, you may consider whether staying with the company is the right choice for you. It's understandable that such discrepancies and financial problems can cause uncertainty and frustration. However, it ultimately depends on your personal circumstances and priorities. If you decide to leave the company, you should follow the required notice period stated in your employment contract or offer letter. Typically, notice periods range from one to three months. Serving the notice period allows both parties to transition smoothly and ensures a professional exit. It's advisable to consult with your HR department or refer to the employment documents for specific notice period requirements.Remember to gather all necessary information and consider your future career prospects before making a decision. It's a personal choice that should align with your values, career aspirations, and financial stability.
