当你们遇到公司不给EPF或着是不给足够的休息时间,你们会怎么做?

真的很不幸运遇到这样不跟着LABOUR LAW 的公司。之前的公司待遇还是不错的,可以跟老板学习知识但是其中的问题是不给EPF. 有跟老板提这个问题但还是没给就辞职了。现在面试新公司竟然提到休息时间只有半个小时!!我记得工作8个小时至少有45分钟的休息时间吧!想问问大家如果在职场上遇到这些待遇会怎么处理
