Can staff resign 24hours even in offer letter state 1 month?
Can staff tender 24 hours and leave when confirmation letter states 1 month notice? If staff leaves what can the employer do?
If non confirm staff or non confirmed staff must follow accd to the notice as stated in the LOA, in the absence of such clause, then follow EA.
