I've been working this company for 2 years, the problem is they didn't give me permanent letter, i don't know my status at this company whether contract or permanent staff, but i still look for any job opportunities. 2nd is, if i take a leave, they cut my salary. is it possible? if i get a new career, should i tendered my resignation in 24 hours or just cabut like that? anyone can help me.
