i have a situation like this : I am currently just joined this new company last month where they also did provided me an Offer Letter to sign up earlier before i started my job. In the Offer Letter, it is also clearly stated the amount of salary that will be given to me from this company. But on the 2nd of this month (Nov), the boss suddenly told me that he needed to reduce my salary for about 30% due to a project was turned down by his client or watever tonnes of excuse.. So can i get some advise here whether can i reject or do anything under the law of Malaysia? Because he did say if i cant accept it then i will need to arrange and find new job. Thank you
