As an HR expert, it is important to ensure that all employees receive written offer letters as they begin their employment. Without an offer letter, it can become difficult to prove what was agreed upon in terms of salary, benefits, roles, and responsibilities. It is of concern that your company has not provided you with an offer letter despite your repeated requests. I recommend that you discuss this issue directly with your boss, emphasizing the importance of having a written offer letter for the sake of clarity and protection for both the employee and employer. If this conversation does not yield results, it may be necessary to escalate the issue to the HR department or higher management. Depending on the company's policies and jurisdiction, there may be legal requirements for providing written offer letters to employees. Additionally, if you have already begun working for the company, it is important to review your employment contract (if you were given one) and ensure that you understand your rights and responsibilities as an employee. It may also be beneficial to document any conversations or emails regarding the lack of an offer letter. Overall, it is important to advocate for yourself and ensure that you have the necessary documentation to protect yourself and clarify your employment agreement.
