我最近申请了银行的工作，上个月就过了2次面试，过几天收到hr的email要提供文件之类的。再过一星期hr说proposal 成功了 口头上说offer我 连工资也和我说了。最后一个步骤就是要做background screening，我等多几天也收到hr发来的offer letter 我立刻签了，里面有一条写的是如果背景调查不过就会毁了合约。我现在也不确定到底成没成，还在等待中。
想问下背景调查一般要等多久呢？是什么情况下会拒绝新人呢？也差不多一个月时间在想要不要继续找新工作。谢谢～
Background screening normally takes 3 weeks to 1 month. This screening is to check whether you got balcklisted or not, bankruptcy, criminal and etc. Also, your prebious employment history and education background.
