As an HR expert, I understand the challenges you face with your daily commute to and from work without your own transportation. It is not unreasonable to consider using Grab or ride-hailing services to make your commute more convenient and efficient. The time and energy you save by not waiting for unreliable buses can be utilized for other activities like rest, spending quality time with family, or engaging in personal hobbies. However, it is important to evaluate the impact on your monthly expenses and consider if it is financially sustainable for you. If the cost of Grab rides consistently exceeds your budget, you may want to explore alternative transportation options like carpooling, sharing rides with colleagues or neighbors, or even renting a vehicle if feasible. It is crucial to maintain a balance between convenience and financial responsibility to ensure peace of mind and overall well-being. Ultimately, the decision to use Grab or any other transportation service is a personal one, based on your individual circumstances and priorities. It is important to prioritize your needs and find a solution that works best for you.
