As an HR expert, it seems like you are facing a dilemma in your new role in the logistic department. It is perfectly normal to take detailed notes during training to ensure that you understand and remember the information correctly. Printing out these notes and discussing them with your colleagues shows your dedication to learning and a desire to perform well in your job. However, it is important to remember that different people have different working styles and preferences. Your colleague might feel overwhelmed by the amount of detailed information you have compiled, especially if they have their own way of organizing and retaining information. Additionally, they might perceive your actions as questioning their teaching skills or knowledge. To address this situation, it would be helpful to have a conversation with your colleague and clarify your intentions. Explain that you documented the information to help yourself learn and prevent any mistakes in the future, but assure them that you value their expertise and guidance. You can express that you are open to their feedback and suggestions on how to improve your learning or note-taking process.Furthermore, it might be beneficial to discuss with your supervisor or manager about any specific expectations or guidelines for training and note-taking in your department. They can provide guidance on the preferred approach and help mediate any conflicts or misunderstandings among team members.Remember, effective communication and understanding are key in any workplace. It is crucial to maintain a positive and collaborative environment within your team while also focusing on self-improvement and knowledge retention. Good luck with your new job!
