如何处理员工频繁长假的情况?

公司有位做了2年多的员工(purchasing cum admin assistant),工作态度ok, 不迟到,不早退,2年里只拿过1次mc。 但是有个问题就是1年里会拿2次长假(大概6-8天/次)家人去旅行。她不在时,其他人必须帮忙处理她的东西。 然后她的上司就问hr要怎样处理? *她的假都是拿来旅行的。华人新年也休息那2天初1&2。 她目前的年假是12天,所以会被扣unpaid leave.

2年只拿过1次mc,真的很难找到这样的员工。其实,旅行是为了放松心情,休息充电。休息是为了走更长远的路。员工也是人,也是有压力的。
