老板发warning letter!

如果老板以3项莫须有的理由发出了3张warning letter,并将员工开除,请问该怎么办? 事情一开始是老板通过telegram让员工自己辞职也没说理由,并直接把员工从公司的打卡系统移除。隔天员工没法打卡上班就去劳工部咨询,在劳工部的协助下写了一封信(要求老板写official的通知信), 老板收到信后,马上把telegram的所有对话内容都删除,再通过telegram 发了3张warning letter,理由1是旷工(因为员工这个月拿了1天MC,老板现在要当作他旷工)。第2也是旷工(因为收到老板telegram通知的第二天没打卡上班)。第3的理由与第2的一样, 只是warning letter上面的日期相差一天

The employee should consider seeking legal advice or filing a complaint with the labor department regarding the unfair treatment and dismissal by the employer. The employee can also gather any evidence such as the letter to the labor department, the deleted telegram conversations, and the wrongful warning letters to support their case.
