As an HR expert, I believe that the decision to pursue a master's degree or start traveling at 31 depends on several factors. Firstly, it is important to assess your long-term career goals and how a master's degree would contribute to your professional development. If obtaining a higher level of education aligns with your desired career path, it may be worth considering. Additionally, consider the financial implications of pursuing further studies and evaluate if you are able to manage the expenses. On the other hand, if you feel that you have achieved your desired financial and personal goals at your current stage, taking some time off to travel and explore new experiences can be enriching and beneficial for personal growth. It can provide you with a fresh perspective, allow you to discover new interests, and potentially even help you gain insights into what you truly want for your future.Ultimately, the decision should be based on a careful assessment of your priorities, aspirations, and financial situation. Additionally, it may be helpful to seek advice from mentors, conduct informational interviews, or engage in career counseling to gain further clarity and make an informed decision. Remember, there is no right or wrong answer, and it's important to prioritize your own happiness and fulfillment in whatever path you choose.
