为什么面试官在面试的时候一直不要透露薪水?

我昨天出席了一场面试

面试官的人看起来很nice

工作听起来也没什么大问题

但是问到薪水的时候,只有他单方面问我expected salary是多少

然后我问薪水到底多少,他却说这很敏感,要等到时offer letter发过来才会让我知道

到时候我再决定看要不要accept offer

我觉得好像很奇怪?这个是不是一个red flag?
